We reserve the right to refuse service.
This is a restricted site. Only those who are at least 18 years of age may access it. Those under 18 who access this site do so of their own liability. Although the restricted age is set at 18, there may be products that require you be at least 21 years of age to purchase. In such cases, there are security precautions and identification requirements in place to prevent the sale of such items to ineligible individuals.
Operations Armed Citizen possesses a firearm manufacturing licenses that allows for the manufacturing, sale and resale of firearms and small arms munitions. We are not consultants of any kind and will not be held liable for information and advice given.
Customers may leave comments and reviews and will remain respectful while on this platform. The use of vulgar language will not be tolerated. Customers will not address other customers disrespectfully. Disrespectful comments toward other customers will be removed and the users banned. Customers may address us directly through the contact box provided or email us at info@oacactual.com.
Limited Warrantees are offered on select items and are covered in our refund policy.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Your Privacy matters to us
Payment information: Payment information is collected during checkout to process payments and is saved for our payment record and are kept strictly confidential. Our website, however, does not automatically save payment information unless you submit it.
Other Personal information: Any other information we obtained from you during checkout or otherwise is confidential and used to carry out service requests from you. These services include but are not limited to general communication, purchase and delivery of products and services, recommendations, and customizations.
All information stored on accounts that you make will be stored for future use and ease of access to you.
Additionally, we may receive information about you from a 3rd party such as an updated address from our carriers in which case we would correct the information after confirmation from you.
No personal information will be shared with any 3rd party that does not relate directly to the fulfillment of a service purchased or otherwise requested by you without your consent.
You must contact us directly to change any information that you have given to us previously. Any information you wish to change will not be updated to our records until you receive a confirmation from us that it has been received.
Updates to this policy within the last 60 days will be highlighted for you're convenience.
Personalized Requests
Personalized requests are NOT guaranteed to be fulfilled. Request fulfillment is dependent on availability and complexity of the request. Requests that are either complex or that do not use similar designs that we currently use on our website are more likely to be accepted if supporting files are submitted along with the request.
We cannot accept requests that contain a copyrighted logo unless you have the rights to such logo. Requests that contain a copyrighted logo without the rights will be returned for revision or cancellation.
To better improve our request flexibility, on a case-to-case basis we may approve you as the customer to send (or cause to be sent) to us a firearm or other related item from a 3rd party for custom engraving. Please ensure that the request is accepted before sending us any product.
BILLING & SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the nature of the industry, we are always searching for the most secure and cost-effective way to ship your products to you. This may cause our shipping prices to fluctuate. Shipping of certain items may be restricted to some states and internationally. If an issue arises with the shipping method or delivery address, the shipment will be stopped, and you will be notified. For products lost in transit, Operation Armed Citizen will assist the carrier to locate the product but will not be held liable for any products lost.
Furthermore, to help protect against fraudulent purchases, we require that billing and shipping addresses be the same. Purchases that are not approved by our default settings but that are later found to not adhere to this policy will be cancelled and refunded. In the case that a billing and shipping address do not match but you are the legitimate owner of the method of payment, you may reach out to us to verify your identity, otherwise we will only cancel and refund the order.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
Full refunds may be accepted for firearms IF they are NOT currently in a customization process, they have not yet been shipped from our location, or they have not yet shipped from our suppliers (Featured Firearms Only).
Featured Firearms (Specials) are not kept in stock and must be sent in by our suppliers upon order. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the total refund of Firearms that have been shipped from our suppliers but have not yet entered into a customization process.
If an order is found to be non-compliant to Federal or State law due to an accessory without a compliant substitution, or a non-compliant product other than an accessory, a refund will be issued to include a 5% restocking fee along with any shipping expenses (Shipping services that have been paid for on our end).
No refunds on any firearm that has entered a customization process or that has been shipped from our location EXCEPT in the case that a firearm cannot be legally transferred to a customer, in which case a restocking fee of 25% will applied to the refund along with any return shipping costs and handling fees.
Exchanges for firearms and ammunition are not accepted.
Exchanges for accessories may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the accessory is in resalable condition and has not been modified beyond our default customizations. Customer will pay for return shipping costs of exchanges unless acting under warranty by Operation Armed Citizen.
The customer must pay for shipping expenses relating to returns unless acting under warranty by Operation Armed Citizen in which case shipping expenses for products will be covered by Operation Armed Citizen.
A 2-year Warranty is placed on all products from Operation Armed Citizen that undergo a manufacturing process. Laser engraving, and other surface finishes and cosmetics are not considered part of the manufacturing process and are therefore not covered under our warranty.
3rd party products not manufactured by Operation Armed Citizen may be under warranty from the manufacturer but are not covered under warranty by Operation Armed Citizen. Manufacturers warrantees that are voided due to customization done by Operation Armed Citizen are not covered by Operation Armed Citizen.
